- A cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge will be applied. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse future reservations.
■ Special Exceptions
- Cancellation fees may be waived in the following cases only.
- ・Customer illness or poor health condition (subject to verification of medical consultation records, etc.)
- ・Natural disasters or significant transportation delays, etc. (subject to verifiable proof)
- ・Other circumstances deemed unavoidable at the discretion of our establishment

Customers We Cannot Serve

- ・Individuals using or possessing illegal drugs
- ・Individuals who are heavily intoxicated
- ・Individuals with sexually transmitted diseases or suspected infectious diseases
- ・Individuals deemed unsuitable as customers of our establishment
Prohibited Acts
- ・Requests for or engagement in sexual intercourse
- ・Any behavior that makes the staff uncomfortable
- ・Inviting staff members to private meetings or any form of solicitation
- ・Receiving services in the presence of any third party other than the customer
